Orders and Artwork
Please check your sign size, quantity, printed sides, and artwork before ordering. Review spelling, phone numbers, and other details carefully. You must have permission to use the artwork you submit.

Artwork Approval and Payment
Printing begins after artwork approval and payment. If you select “Pay After Artwork Approval,” we will send you a secure payment link after you approve your design.

Production and Shipping
Production normally takes 1–3 business days after artwork approval and payment. Shipping transit time is additional. Free shipping is included on all sign orders. Please provide an accurate shipping address and contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.

Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel for a full refund before printing starts. Contact us promptly with your order number. Once printing begins, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Order Problems
If your signs arrive damaged or do not match the approved artwork or order specifications, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the problem and arrange a resolution.
